Philippe Nguyen, MD

Dr Nguyen has over 20 years of experience as board certified internal medicine physician. His specialty interests include hospital medicine, primary care, cosmetic medicine and work with international patients. He completed studies at UC Irvine Ross Medical University in West Indies Hahnemann Medical Center in Philadelphia

He has served as a Hospitalist all around the bay With solid clinical judgment and an unwavering dedication to compassionate relationships. Dr Nguyen has helped many patients and their families through the difficult experience of hospitalization and major illness. He currently holds admitting privileges at St. Francis Hospital, St. Mary's Medical Center and Marin General Hospital

With a desire to help people lead healthier lives he opened private practice at Recharge Medical. In this unique primary care practice he provides high quality care in a tranquil spa setting. This combination is perfect for Dr Nguyen's patient centered approach.

Dr. Nguyen particularly enjoys working with international patients. With training in travel medicine and ISTM Certificate, he is well versed in the unique social and medical needs of patients from all over the world.

Dr. Nguyen completed extensive training in cosmetic medicine skin care and laser treatments. His approach to cosmetic medicine is distinctly that of an internist working with patients aesthetic goals in the context of their overall health.

As a certified United States Civil Surgeon he provides hundreds of USCIS medical exams each year. Dr Nguyen speaks English, Spanish and Vietnamese He is a lifelong animal lover who worked as a vettech during his undergraduate training.
