Randy Ian Pardell, MD, DLFAPA established Clearwave Mental Health, formerly known as TMS Center of the Hudson Valley and Riverview Psychiatric Medicine, PC, with the goal of providing the highest quality psychiatric care to residents of the Hudson Valley. Dr. Pardell emphasizes, We address both the physiological and psychological aspects of each patient to create the optimal individualized treatment plan including medication management, genetic testing, psychotherapy, nutritional and bioidentical hormone supplementation and now Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation TMS the newest technology for treatment resistant depression.
Dr. Pardell, a board-certified psychiatrist and Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and the New York University School of Medicine with honors. He completed, with distinction, the Master in Pharmacology Program sponsored by Neuroscience Education Institute. He completed a Mini-Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation from Harvard Medical School at the Berenson-Allen Brain Stimulation Center at Beth Israel-Deaconess Hospital Center in Boston and Visiting Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation at Duke University School of Medicine. Dr. Pardell is a leader in the field of TMS and is President of the Foundation for the Advancement of Clinical TMS and currently Past President Clinical TMS Society where he serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. He has been recognized by Castle Connolly as a Top Doctor as well as Top Doctor in Hudson Valley Magazine. Dr. Pardell has been recognized as a Top Doctor in US News and World Report. He has been recognized with Compassionate Doctor Awards, Patient Choice Awards and On-Time Doctor Awards by his patients.
