Roscoe Chang

Dr. Chang is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Diplomate of American College of Podiatric Medicine. He not only is in private practice to serve the local communities, but he is also a Weil Cornell appointed Clinical Instructor of Podiatric Surgery. He deeply cares about all his patients and strives to provide a clear explanation of the causes of patient's foot issues, so that patient walk out knowing their exactly what happened! He firmly believes in a hands-on approach and creating personalized, tailored treatments ensuring his patients will live a healthier and more independent lifestyle. He can converse in both English and Chinese.
