Ryan Duffey

Dr. Ryan Duffey serves as Medical Director of Allure Wellness Center, bringing nearly three decades of clinical experience and physician leadership to our growing multidisciplinary team. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1997. His extensive background in internal medicine and hospital medicine, giving him broad experience in preventive care, chronic disease management, complex medical conditions, and acute health concerns.

As Medical Director, Dr. Duffey helps guide Allure Wellness Centers clinical standards, supports its healthcare providers, and promotes safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care throughout the organization. His leadership strengthens Allures commitment to delivering coordinated healthcare across primary care, womens health, senior care, mental health, addiction recovery, pain care, medical weight management, and wellness services.

Dr. Duffey believes that exceptional healthcare begins with listening to patients, understanding the whole person, and creating thoughtful treatment plans that support both immediate needs and long-term health.
