Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with special interest in gerontology. Mrs. Ferazzoli earned her Master of Science as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Stony Brook University. Mrs. Ferazzoli has six years experience as a Registered Nurse. Samantha Ferazzoli obtained her Bachelor of Science from St. John Fisher College in Rochester. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, as well as Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
