Sarita Harris-Hackett, FNP-C

A native of Kansas City, Missouri where she graduated from Avila University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in May 2007. After several years of nursing, she went on to further her education and graduated in 2014 with her masters of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, certified in obesity management, and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her former work experiences include medical surgical, neonatal intensive care, urgent care, vascular surgical, and cardiovascular medicine. Her special interests include preventative care and lifestyle changes that encourage lifelong healthy living. Nikki is a mother of two awesome children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, running, and spending time outdoors.
