Sheila Thomas, D.O.

Dr. Sheila Thomas is a board-certified osteopathic family medicine physician, functional medicine expert, and nonsurgical weight loss specialist dedicated to helping patients achieve vibrant health. She began her academic journey studying chemistry at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and went on to earn her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Thomas completed her internship in Arkansas and her residency at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

With a strong passion for preventive care, Dr. Thomas is committed to keeping her patients healthy through a holistic and personalized approach to medicine. She believes in empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being through education, lifestyle, and compassionate care.
