Dr. Park is OUT OF NETWORK, not accepting any insurance. The rates are listed below. Telehealth visits also available, just request under reason for visit. If you need a time outside of the available times, give us a call email.

Our network status is independent of your blood work- radiology benefits. Blood work is drawn in the office and sent to Quest, so PROVIDE your insurance policy number. Policy numbers often change, even with the same insurance, especially with a new benefits year. If you don't update your insurance with us, Quest will get denied and send you the full bill.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE INSURANCE, we can get you reduced rates with Quest.

FASTING is only needed for an accurate cholesterol panel-- something light, like a piece of fruit will not affect it and you should hydrate. If you get light headed with blood work, we encourage you to eat something light and drink water. HOLD VITAMINS on the day of the blood work.  

Dr. Park is a board certified internist. She attended Columbia for undergrad, Mount Sinai for medical school and Georgetown for internal medicine residency. She practiced Primary Care in Westchester for 6 years and has been practicing on the Upper East Side since 2010. She takes the time to listen to patients and to consider their personal situations when caring for them. She is readily available, easy to talk to, and has experience.
