My name is Susie Clerge, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of nursing experience, including the past five years specializing in family practice and preventative care since graduating from Lincoln Memorial University.

At Breeze Wellness, our mission is to help you look and feel your best. We offer personalized weight loss consultations, including semaglutide and tirzepatide therapies, as well as B12 and other vitamin injections to support energy, mood, and metabolic health.

In addition to weight management, we also provide acute primary care services for common illnesses, minor injuries, and general health concerns.
