My name is Susie Clerge, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of nursing experience, including the past 6 years specializing in family practice and preventative care since graduating from Lincoln Memorial University.

We offer personalized weight loss consultations, including semaglutide and tirzepatide therapies, Aesthetic treatments including Tox, filler, microneedling, and skin care B12 and other vitamin injections to support energy, mood, and metabolic health.

In addition to weight management, we also provide acute primary care services for common illnesses, minor injuries, and general health concerns.
