Syeda Bischoff

Syeda Sana Bischoff is an AANP-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-centered care for individuals and families across the lifespan. She emphasizes holistic wellness by addressing physical, emotional, and psychological health through evidence-based, personalized treatment plans.

Syeda earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN from Dickinson State University in 2018 and her Master of Science in Nursing MSN with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Walden University in 2022, graduating with honors. Before advancing her education, she built a strong foundation in acute care nursing within emergency and intensive care settings, gaining extensive experience managing complex, high-acuity patients. This background enhances her ability to provide thorough and comprehensive care for diverse patient populations.

In her clinical practice, Syeda provides medical care and medication-assisted treatment MAT for opioid and alcohol use disorders, medical marijuana evaluations, and ketamine treatments for depression. She integrates these advanced therapies with compassionate patient education to support sustainable recovery and improved mental well-being.
