Welcome to Doniach Family and Functional Medicine.

I look forward to helping you with a variety of conditions, including hypothyroidism and other autoimmune illnesses, PMS, menopausal symptoms, obesity, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, SIBO and IBS, depression, anxiety, and fatigue. Lifestyle, nutritional, functional or integrative medicine approaches, nutritional supplements, and conventional prescription medications will be used, if appropriate.
I am located at 1815 4th St, Santa Rosa, CA 95404, where I share Dr Tonya Hoffman's office at Well Sonoma. I am available for video visits and in person.

I see patients as a consultant for integrative medical care while I ask that you keep your own primary care provider. I am not taking patients as a primary care provider.

Insurance: I accept traditional Medicare with a secondary insurance. Unfortunately I am not in-network for Medicare advantage HMO or other Medicare HMO plans. I do not accept regular non-Medicare insurance, but I do accept fee-for-service at a rate of 300 dollars per hour. Some PPOs will reimburse all or part of the visit. Most new patient visits are 90 minutes and subsequent visits are generally 1 hour. Fees cover the visit itself in addition to time I spend outside of the visit on review of your history, labs and developing a plan of care.

I am currently accepting new patients on an individual basis.
