As a physician assistant, my role focuses on evaluating symptoms, providing accurate diagnoses, and creating tailored medication management plans to support each patients mental health needs. I am thrilled to be part of the MI Psychiatry team, where I am committed to guiding patients with compassion on their mental health journeys, empowering them to develop insight, awareness, and self-understanding. My previous work experience includes a background in endocrinology, which has deepened my understanding of the intersection between hormonal and mental health. Additionally, I mentored high school students in the Upward Bound program, where I helped foster confidence, goal-setting skills, and pathways to success. I believe that promoting mental health is a universal goal, as it profoundly impacts both physical well-being and overall quality of life.
