Tazleem S. Khan

Dr. Tazleem S. Khan is Vice President and Partner for Long Island Kidney Associates, PC. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at New York Institute of Technology as well as an active clinical faculty member for the Family Medicine Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Khan also participates in the clinical teaching of Nephrology for the residents of Plainview Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital as well. He is also a Diplomate and certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

Dr. Khan earned his medical degree with honors from American University of Antigua and went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He further went on to complete his training in Nephrology at Maimonides Medical Center.

Dr. Khan enjoys teaching medical residents, students, and educating his patients about their underlying Nephrology related conditions. He is passionate about preventative medicine and is devoted to the wellbeing of his patients. Dr. Khan enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and trying different cuisines from around the world. He is passionate about cooking and teaching his children how to cook as well. Dr. Khan is also a dedicated basketball fan of the New York Knicks and is often seen wearing his Knicks Crocs while seeing patients in office.
