Hi, Im Dr. Tiffany Figuero, a dual board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner. My journey in healthcare started over a decade ago in emergency medicine, where I treated everything from trauma to mental health crises. Over the years, Ive earned certifications in both Family Practice and Psychiatric-Mental Health, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how physical and emotional health go hand in hand.

Today, I focus on providing thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and more. Ive worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry settings, and I bring that experience into every sessionalong with a genuine passion for helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
