I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Vermont, Maine, and Minnesota. I provide one-time ADHD diagnostic clarification and medication readiness evaluations for adults.

These visits are consultative only and are designed for individuals who have been told they need documentation or further evaluation before ADHD medication can be considered, particularly due to recent changes in telehealth prescribing requirements.

This service includes a focused clinical evaluation and a written summary that can be shared with your treating provider. I do not provide ongoing therapy or prescribe medication through this service.

This is a self-pay service. Insurance is not accepted. Adult clients only.
