Currently do not schedule your first visit at:
3:30pm Thursday and 12pm Friday.

This appointment includes full history, evaluation, physical exam, diagnosis, and recommendations, but no osteopathic treatment.

----Once appointment is confirmed, you will be sent an email with forms that should be completed prior to this visit.


Followup OMT Appointments are 45 minutes long. This appointment includes re-evaluation, diagnosis, recommendations and osteopathic treatment.
