Traci Gibbs, PhD

Dr. Traci L Gibbs is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and licensed clinical social worker supervisor. Dr. Gibbs has over twenty years of experience providing behavioralmental health services. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from ages 2 to geriatrics. Clinical expertise includes but is not limited to assessment and diagnostic evaluation for Autism, ADHD, Affective Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Alzheimers Dementia, Behavioral Disturbances, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Mood and Thought Disorders, Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Substance Use and Abuse. Dr. Gibbs' provision of services includes assessment and diagnosis, psychopharmacology and medication management, counseling, and individual, group, and family therapy. Dr. Gibbs provides a dual treatment approach combining psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to improve patient outcomes and promote social and occupational mental health. Dr. Gibbs is personable and seeks to establish a professional rapport with the patients to encourage compliance and participation in their care, ultimately improving their quality of life.
