Dr. Mirs practice is unique in that he utilizes a multidisciplinary approach incorporating modern Rheumatology with complementary medicine that includes Tai Chi, acupuncture, and yoga. He is named as one of Americas Top Physicians by Consumers Research Council of America and is one of the few rheumatologists in the country providing home visits. Dr. Mir brings experience and expertise in the management of rheumatologic disorders with specific interest in treating patients with autoimmune diseases, arthritis, osteoporosis, vasculitis and systemic lupus erythematosus. He also has a special interest in infertility cases associated with autoimmune diseases and cytotoxic drugs. Dr. Mir takes pride in offering individualized attention towards helping his patients become more aware of their conditions and managing their diseases.
